This was another song that got faster and faster… but unlike IHD, we loved doing Get Ready. At the end of this number Steve Curtis’ arms would fall off, and roll across the stage. Not every time, but quite often.

At the beginning Finbar says thank you to the audience for their patience; having to put up with all the heat and the noise from these bands and having to pay two quid to get in. Outrageous.

This version was recorded at a John Peel roadshow and there is a little thank you from John at the end of the song…
